Quality Assurance

If your item appears defective or damaged, email info@lewaluxhair.com within 48 hours with:

• Clear photos of the product & packaging

• A detailed description of the issue

Claims without photos may be denied.

Final Sale Policy

Due to hygiene and product nature, all sales are final.

Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the product is defective or fails to meet our quality standards.

Returns for Quality Issues

If approved, you may receive:

• A full refund to original payment method, or

• Store credit (minus shipping)

Some cases may receive a refund minus a 15% restocking fee at LewaLuxHair’s discretion.

Items must be returned unused, uninstalled, uncut, uncolored, and in original packaging with all gifts included.

Restocking Fee

Approved returns may incur a 15% restocking fee unless the issue is an error on our part.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be changed or canceled once submitted.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless due to an error or defective product.

Refused or Misdelivered Packages

Refusing delivery does not qualify as a return.

Refused packages will incur a restocking fee; shipping costs are non-refundable.

We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages caused by customer errors.

Delayed Orders
