LewaLuxHair – Terms & Conditions (Texas-Compliant)

Thank you for choosing LewaLuxHair. By completing a purchase on our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully before ordering.

1. Product Understanding

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the product description, photos, specifications, lace type, and hair characteristics for the unit or extensions you are purchasing.

Because every unit is custom-made or prepared per order, please review all details thoroughly before checkout.

2. Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the hygienic nature of wigs, lace systems, and extensions—and in accordance with Texas health and sanitation guidelines—all sales are final.

Returns, refunds, or exchanges are only accepted if a product is defective or fails to meet our quality assurance standards.

Defective or Incorrect Product Claims

If you believe the product is defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Email info@lewaluxhair.com with:

• Clear photos and/or videos of the product and packaging

• A full description of the issue

• Order name + order number

Failure to report issues or provide photos within 48 hours may result in denial.

If approved, LewaLuxHair may offer:

• Full refund (minus shipping)

• Store credit

• Partial refund (up to 15% deduction depending on case)

• Replacement, if available

Products must be unused, unaltered, unwashed, and lace uncut for review.

3. Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified, including:

• Changing wig details

• Switching lengths or lace options

• Updating shipping address

• Adding or removing items

Texas businesses are permitted to enforce no-cancellation policies for made-to-order goods. Please review your order carefully before checkout.

4. Processing & Production Time

All units and hair items include unique processing times listed in product details.

Processing time includes:

• Order verification

• Customization or preparation

• Quality assurance inspection

Processing time does not include shipping time.

5. Shipping & Delivery (Texas & U.S. Customers)

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times appear at checkout. All orders ship from Texas. Delivery timelines depend on the carrier and location.

Signature Requirement

Orders over $500 require a signature upon delivery.

If no one is available to sign:

• Carrier may reattempt delivery

• Package may be held for pickup

• Delivery delays may occur

LewaLuxHair is not responsible for delays caused by missed signatures, stolen packages, or incorrect addresses submitted by the customer.

6. Quality Assurance

We pride ourselves on delivering premium, ethically sourced hair and units.

Every order is inspected before shipment.

If an issue arises, please follow the steps outlined in Section 2.

7. Hygiene & Safety Compliance (Texas)

According to TDLR hygiene rules:

• Wigs and extensions cannot be returned once worn, installed, or altered.

• Any item returned for review must be unused with lace uncut.

These standards maintain sanitary safety for all customers.

8. Intellectual Property

All brand assets—including images, videos, logos, text, and product descriptions—are the exclusive property of LewaLuxHair.

Reproduction or distribution without written consent is prohibited.
