Are all sales final?
Yes. Due to hygiene and the nature of our products, all sales are final.
Returns are only considered for quality issues.
What qualifies as a return?
Only items that are defective or not up to our quality standards may be eligible.
How do I report a defect?
Email info@lewaluxhair.com within 48 hours of delivery. Refer to our exchange and returns policy page for further information.Â
Can I return a wig I tried on or installed?
No.
Wigs/extensions must be:
• Unworn
• Uncut
• Uncolored
• Unwashed
• Unaltered
• In original packaging
Is there a restocking fee?
Approved returns may include a 15% restocking fee, unless the issue is our fault.
Do you cover return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the issue is due to our error.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders cannot be canceled or changed after submission.
What about refused packages?
Refusing delivery does not count as a return.
Restocking fees will apply, and shipping is non-refundable.
Do orders ship immediately?
Bundles and lace closures ship 1-2 business days after order I submitted
Custom or Pre-orders - ship with in slotted time given under the products anywhere from 10-28 business days.
What if my order is delayed?
If the shipment is delayed more than 30 business days after estimated delivery date , you may request a full refund.
Do international orders include customs fees?
No. Customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes.
Do I need to sign for my package?
Orders over $500 require a signature.
How do I maintain raw hair?

Does lace come cut?
No lace doesn’t come cut unless you indelicate to cut the lace in the notes.
